Immaculate Conceptions is grown on the host farm of Fastness Labs. The nursery and the dispensary draw on the same water source, and protecting that source is why the operation exists. Roughly 500 acres of forest and watershed surround the farm, and the Hudson runs in front of it. Fastness means a place made safe by its natural features.
Mothers are held on the farm, on that water, largely on solar power, closed to the public. Clean water in, clean stock out. The spec behind that is under Quality.
Nursery and dispensary revenue funds land protection around the farm and a public trail system now in development, so a standing order is also a stake in keeping that water and land intact.

Every cut leaves the nursery rooted, in a biodegradable pouch of 70/30 coco and perlite. Plant the pouch as-is; pulling it tears roots that have already pushed through.
Mothers and cuts run on an integrated pest management program and are scouted for pests and disease before transfer.
Report any dead-on-arrival cuts on receipt, with photos, and we replace them with the same cultivar or a comparable one.
Travel wilt that recovers within about a day is normal and not covered. Neither are problems that start after receipt from grow conditions, transplant, or pests introduced in your space, or yield and potency results.
