Every clone and teen leaves us healthy, rooted, pest- and pathogen-screened, and true-to-type. We stand behind that. If a plant arrives unhealthy or isn't what was ordered, we'll make it right.
Please inspect your plants at pickup or delivery and within 48 hours. Report any issue within that window with clear photos so we can help quickly.
Use the Replacement request button on our site, or email/text us with your name, the date and cultivar(s), a description of the issue, and photos. The fastest path is photos taken at pickup/delivery.
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same or comparable cultivar subject to availability, or store credit. Replacements are handled in person within New York, consistent with our Pickup & Delivery policy.
This guarantee is our sole commitment regarding plant health and is limited to the value of the affected plants. It does not modify the disclaimers in our Terms & Conditions.
