We sell live cannabis nursery stock (clones and teens). Live plants vary naturally; descriptions, lineage, THC/CBD figures, flowering times, and images are provided in good faith as general guidance and are not guarantees of any specific result, potency, or outcome. Cannabinoid figures are typical reported ranges and may differ from any given plant or harvest.
Submitting a reservation is a request, not a completed sale. Availability, final pricing, and timing are confirmed by us directly. We do not accept credit-card payment online; payment is arranged in person or by approved bank transfer. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
All transfers occur in person within New York State. We do not ship cannabis clones across state lines. Valid government ID (and, where applicable, a valid cannabis license) may be required at pickup or delivery. See our Pickup & Delivery policy.
Our healthy-arrival guarantee and replacement process are described in the Guarantee & Replacements policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, not to resell or transfer products to anyone ineligible to possess them, and to comply with all applicable state and local laws.
The site's content, branding, logo, and copy are owned by Immaculate Conceptions Nursery and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Products and the site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law; nothing here is medical, legal, or cultivation advice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Immaculate Conceptions Nursery from claims arising out of your use of the site, your purchase, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
